The product ideas looked nice at first, but the more I checked them out, the more something felt off. Nothing really lined up with what I actually needed, so it ended up not being worth the hassle for me...

I reached out with a few basic questions because I wanted to understand what to expect, but the whole conversation quickly turned into sales pressure. Instead of giving clear answers, I kept getting vague promises about how everything would be “taken care of” or how it would all be “worth it,” without much detail.
It felt like they were more focused on getting me to book or pay than actually helping me figure things out. When I tried to ask follow-up questions, the responses still felt rushed and unclear, which made me even more uncomfortable.

By the end, I didn’t feel listened to at all. I don’t mind paying for a service if I understand what I’m getting, but I’m not interested in being pushed along with vague assurances, so I won’t be using home-gardenshow.com again

Overall, I had a good experience with this vendor. The quality was fine and met my expectations, but the delivery took a little longer than I was hoping for, if that makes sense.

Had so many exhibitors to check out. Found something for pretty much every room, which made it really fun to browse around...

I asked two different staff members for help finding something, they both seemed kind of annoyed, well, maybe not annoyed exactly, but definitely like they didn’t really want to help. The answers were short, nobody checked back with me, and I ended up leaving feeling like I was just bothering them.

It was just a well-organized event overall. The lines did get long at times, but everything still moved along okay.

The show was alright overall! We did find a few cute garden ideas, and some of the booths were actually really fun to wander through. Getting the tickets on home-gardenshow.com was super easy too, so at least that part didn’t turn into some dramatic internet disaster.

That said, for the price, I was expecting a little more wow and a little less “please buy this immediately.” Some areas felt kind of tiny, and there was way more selling than actual displays, which had me mildly spiraling like, wait, did I just pay to be pitched patio furniture for two hours? Not a terrible time, but I’m not sure I’d pay that much again.

I went to the home garden show it was just okay. There were some nice booths, but the crowds kind of ruined it for me. A few aisles were so packed that it was hard to even move around, especially near the more popular displays. The staff seemed like they were trying, but it still felt disorganized and stressful at times. I left feeling like they really need to figure out better crowd control before I’d want to go again...

I went to the home-gardenshow.com event, and I don’t know, maybe we just got there at a bad time, but the parking really put a damper on the whole thing. The signs weren’t very clear, the lots seemed full, and we ended up circling around for what felt like forever. We finally parked far away and had to walk in the rain, which wasn’t great. For what the tickets cost, I kind of expected the parking situation to be better organized.

I went to the home garden show last weekend and was a little nervous about how easy it would be to get around, but it ended up being mostly fine. Parking was close enough to the venue, although it did fill up fast, so I was glad we got there when we did.

Inside, the aisles were wide enough for my dad to use his walker without too much hassle, which was a big relief. A few areas got crowded around the more popular booths, but nothing felt impossible to manage.
The only thing I wish was better was the signage, especially for the bathrooms and exits, since it is always nice to feel sure about where you are going. Overall though, it was a good visit and a lot less stressful than I expected.
